Has 2 large fold-outs; one being dated 1689 entitled The Islands of Scilly to his Grace Henry Duke of Grafton:Vice Admiral of England;8C This chart is most Humbly Dedicated;and Presented by Cap. G: Collins. Hydrog; to the King. The second fold-out entitled Fort, Town Pier and Harbour of St. Marys in Scilly with the Northern Islands taken from Bosou Hill June 5,1752. Both fold-outs in fine condition.
Condition: Withdrawl from the National Geographic Society Library - has one card pocket in rear and withdrawal stamp and library imprint on title page. Book in fine condition with no marks of any kind to fold-outs or text.There is tape residue on front endpaper. Dust jacket is fine with the exception of small tear to right edge. Dust jacket is protected by plastic cover and the library labels are on the protective cover and not on the dust jacket.
